VOTING HOURS
9am until 8pm on Sunday 26/5.

You do not vote for a candidate, but for a Party.

We understand that people entitled to vote will receive a voting pack in the mail, but there will be voting cards available at the Polling Station.

VOTING PROCEDURE

Many of you will have received from the Oficina del Censo Electoral, a TARJETA CENSAL – ELECCIONES MAYO 2019
This is your notification that you are on the electoral register – it is NOT the voting card.

Open it and you will see the location of the polling station (CIME), in Avda Constitución 65, which is nearly opposite the Centro de Salud in Mazarrón.

The CRA has organised a shuttle bus service with ‘Autocares Mateo’ to-from the polling station in Mazarrón, details of times and pick-up/drop off places are on the CRA website here: SHUTTLE SERVICE TO-FROM MAZARRON POLLING STATION. The service is available for all residents who wish to use it.

EXTREMELY IMPORTANT! IF YOU HAVEN’T RECEIVED YOUR ‘TARJETA CENSAL’
Unfortunately, the recipient address on these cards does not include the P.O. Box number, consequently the Post Office may have been unable to put it in your P.O. Box. In this case, please GO TO THE POST OFFICE and ask if they have your TARJETA CENSAL.

Silvana would like you to know that, as all Political Parties, she is now in possession of VOTING ENVELOPES, which you can collect at the PSOE INFORMATION TABLE (outside ‘The Diner’ Restaurant) on Monday, Tuesday and Thursday evenings, between 6pm and 8pm. and on Friday between 11am and 1pm

She will also have a supply of VOTING ENVELOPES at the meeting on WEDNESDAY 22nd, at Mariano’s, at 5pm.

These Voting Envelopes contain the list of the 21 Candidates standing for the Party. DO NOT WRITE ANYTHING, on the list, otherwise you’ll render your vote null.

It is imperative that you have a voting envelope, which contains the list of the 21 candidates standing for a particular party. You must NOT write anything on the list or on the envelope.
The Tarjeta Censal is only for your information – it confirms that you are on the electoral register and therefore entitled to vote.

On Sunday 26th, please take your Tarjeta Censal and your VOTING ENVELOPE to the Polling Station (CIME) in Mazarron, where your name will be ticked against the electoral list, after which you can deposit your Voting Envelope in the ballot box.

Do not worry if you haven’t received your ‘Tarjeta Censal’- just bring your NIE / Padron and your Passport to the Polling Station.

Silvana, along with many others, will be at the Polling Station all day on the 26th, to assist and direct voters.

If you require any additional information, don’t hesitate to ask at info@camposolresidents.es – we’ll be glad to help

Thank you

Silvana
