The release of the Second Digital Dividend is a process by which, over the next few months, the spectrum band, currently used by DTT, will be vacated to allow the deployment of future 5G telecommunications networks. This process must be completed before June 30, 2020. In the Calendar of Actions of the Second Digital Dividend distributed by the Secretary of State for Digital Advancement, the first quarter of the year 2020 is set as the date of ignition of the state multiplexes affected by the rearrangement.

So after June 30 you have to search for the new channels to add them to your receiver.
The procedure to search for channels may vary depending on the model of your receiver. If your receiver has the search option for new channels, it is suggested you use it preferably, instead of performing a full search of all available channels. In this way, you will avoid changing the channel arrangement that you have done before. In any case, it is advisable to use the favourites or other lists options to maintain your preferences. Keep in mind that some TV models automatically add, the new channels found at the end of the list of all channels previously tuned. Check if this is your case.
