Pedreño announces that the inhabitants of the Region who missed their appointment may have a new opportunity

People between 40 and 59 years old who have not been able to get vaccinated will still be able to make an appointment in early July. The Health Minister, Juan José Pedreño, announced at the press conference of the Covid Monitoring Committee that two days have been enabled for these people who missed their appointment to have a second chance and go to receive the inoculation of the dose.
The agreed days for these people to be vaccinated are July 3 and 4 . In order to make an appointment, citizens of the Region who wish to do so should call 900 12 12 12.

All people from 40 to 59 years old who make an appointment for these two days must go to the Enrique Roca stadium (Nueva Condomina) to have the doses inoculated, regardless of the municipality to which they belong.


The Health Minister announced that as of July 5, the Ministry will reduce the shipment of Pfizer doses. In this way, it will send 59,670 doses each week.
The Ministry of Health will propose to advance the administration of the second dose of AstraZeneca next Tuesday at the Public Health Commission.
According to the technical spokesperson of the Covid Monitoring Committee, Jaime Pérez, this measure could affect between 60,000 and 70,000 people , depending on the final term that is established.
