The Government withdraws thousands of defective coronavirus masks sent to the autonomous communities
The Ministry of Labor has warned that the ‘Garry Galaxy’ masks do not meet European requirements: they are the ones with the green wrapping.

After carrying out an analysis requested by the Hospital Universitari Parc Taulí in Barcelona, it has been found that these masks cannot be used. The packaging of these masks is marked N95 and barcode 6 972306 630042.

It is a self- filtering mask, folded, with a nose clip, with a head harness consisting of elastic bands that pass behind the ears.

Care must be taken when identifying the unusable mask because the other mask, without identification, without wrapping (loose) and without any type of marking, does meet the requirements to be considered as FFP2.
