The Regional Government have issued a BORM relating to the burning of plant waste, probably not such a problem within Camposol but some of the surrounding farms are sometimes a law unto themselves and can now be reported, here the BORM translation of the relative section below:

First. During the State of Emergency, the burning of plant pruning remains is prohibited in areas near urban centres.

Second. Exceptionally, burning will be allowed in those suitably justified cases, which are previously assessed and authorized by the responsible local Administration, where it is not possible to dispose of them through other priority systems such as their recovery by an authorized waste management agent, or their incorporation into the soil by crushing or chopping.

Third. In any case, the exceptional burning must be carried out avoiding inconvenience to the neighbours, previously informing the local police or Fire Brigade Service, who may give specific instructions on how to carry it out.

Fourth. Publish this Order in the Official Bulletin of the Region of Murcia, in the manner and for the purposes determined by article 45 of Law 39/2015, of October 1, on the Common Administrative Procedure of Public Administrations.

Fifth. This Order puts an end to the administrative route, being able to file against the same contentious-administrative appeal before the Contentious-Administrative Jurisdiction, within a period of two months from the day following the publication of this Order, established in the art. 46.1 of the Law of the Contentious-Administrative Jurisdiction (Law 29/1998, of July 13), or with an optional nature, and prior to its challenge in contentious-administrative proceedings, an appeal for reversal may be filed before the Minister of Water, Agriculture , Livestock, Fishing and the Environment, within a period of one month from the day after publication, established in art. 124 of Law 39/2015, of October 1, of the Common Administrative Procedure of Public Administrations, without prejudice to the exercise of any other that is deemed appropriate.

Murcia, May 5, 2020. The Minister of Water, Agriculture, Livestock, Fisheries and the Environment, Antonio Luengo Zapata.
